Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to build and grow ProlanceHub’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and driving platform traffic and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Grow and manage ProlanceHub’s online community of freelancers and clients.

Run paid ad campaigns and track performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions).

Collaborate with the design and content team to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to optimize strategy.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing or similar role.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends.

Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics.

Creative mindset and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience in promoting SaaS products, startups, or marketplace platforms.

Knowledge of influencer marketing and growth hacking strategies.
