Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ProLanceHub.com, a dynamic platform that connects freelancers and clients across the globe. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using ProLanceHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into binding contracts to use the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

4. Freelancer & Client Responsibilities

Freelancers must ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services. Clients are responsible for clear communication, prompt payments, and fair feedback.

5. Service Fees

ProLanceHub is currently providing all the services free of cost.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Posting false or misleading job offers or profiles.
  • Soliciting outside payments or direct contact bypassing ProLanceHub.
  • Uploading malicious software or content.
  • Violating local, national, or international laws.

7. Project Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made through the platform.
  • Refunds will be processed only if the milestone is not approved and delivery is not accepted by the client.
  • Chargebacks without following the dispute resolution process may lead to account termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, ProLanceHub offers an internal mediation process. Both parties must submit relevant proof, and ProLanceHub’s decision shall be final and binding.

9. Rating & Feedback System

  • Clients and freelancers may rate each other upon project completion.
  • Abuse of the feedback system (false ratings, extortion, etc.) may lead to a permanent ban.

10. Content Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, clients own the final work upon full payment. Freelancers retain rights to rejected or unpaid work.

11. Privacy & Data Security

We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

12. Suspension & Termination

ProLanceHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these terms, with or without notice.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

ProLanceHub shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ProLanceHub is registered.
